not to be a pest but:
1. the bumble bee is trying to collect nectar, the pollen is incedental.
2. Bumble Bee’s don’t have stingers or venom, thou they do bite. Wood boring BB’s have really strong mandibles and their bite can be very painful.
3. The “bee” venom you were tested with and are likely alergic to is wasp venom and not honey bee venom. They are very different.
4. Only honey bee venom is used in apitherapy, a useful treatment against various joint problems.

nice video. Honey bees certainly do collect,store and use pollen, they have features on their legs on which they stick the pollen in little balls, you can often see these if you observe closely. I have kept bees and they do store and use pollen, which is rich in protein. The nectar is rich in sugar, they dehydrate it and store as honey, but they need protein too and this comes from pollen.
